Fond\u00e9e par Harry Abisur et Philippe Demarys, deux professionnels aux expertises compl\u00e9mentaires, OREANCE s’est construite sur une approche singuli\u00e8re : r\u00e9unir au sein d’une m\u00eame structure le recrutement de hauts profils et l’accompagnement manag\u00e9rial. Parce que placer le bon talent ne suffit pas \u2014 encore faut-il lui donner les conditions de s’\u00e9panouir et de performer.<\/p>

Harry Abisur est le fondateur et l’interlocuteur principal d’OREANCE. Consultant senior et Coach avec plus de 23 ans d’exp\u00e9rience en Executive Coaching et Coaching Op\u00e9rationnel, il a accompagn\u00e9 des
dirigeants et des managers au sein de toutes tailles d’entreprises \u2014 grands groupes internationaux, ETI en transformation, PME ambitieuses \u2014 dans des environnements exigeants et en mutation permanente.<\/p>

Sa double expertise lui permet d’intervenir aussi bien sur des missions de recrutement de hauts profils que sur des programmes d’accompagnement manag\u00e9rial individuel. Ce qui distingue son approche, c’est une lecture \u00e0 la fois rationnelle et profond\u00e9ment humaine des situations : derri\u00e8re chaque enjeu strat\u00e9gique, il y a une dimension humaine qui ne peut \u00eatre ni ignor\u00e9e ni r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une variable d’ajustement. Philippe Demarys a co-fond\u00e9 OREANCE en apportant son expertise du recrutement par approche directe de hauts profils et de cadres dirigeants \u2014 Comit\u00e9s de direction, Comit\u00e9s Ex\u00e9cutifs, Conseils d’administration \u2014 avec une sp\u00e9cialisation marqu\u00e9e dans les secteurs financier et bancaire.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re comme Chef de projet Marketing multicanal \u00e0 Londres puis \u00e0 Paris, il s’est consacr\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement commercial et au pilotage des missions de recrutement haut de gamme<\/a>. Isabelle Vonlanthen prend en charge les missions d’Executive Search d’OREANCE. Consultante senior avec plus de 25 ans d’exp\u00e9rience au service de directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales en France et \u00e0 l’international, elle a construit une connaissance approfondie des organisations, de leurs cultures et des profils qui y performent \u2014 au fil de missions de conseil strat\u00e9gique, de d\u00e9veloppement RH et de recrutement de dirigeants aupr\u00e8s de grands groupes internationaux.<\/p>

Son regard croise strat\u00e9gie, influence et facteur humain : elle sait identifier non seulement les comp\u00e9tences d’un profil, mais aussi sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s’imposer dans un environnement donn\u00e9, \u00e0 en comprendre les codes et \u00e0 en devenir un acteur reconnu.
