Our story

Founded by Harry Abisur and Philippe Demarys, two professionals with complementary expertise, OREANCE was built on a unique approach: combining the recruitment of top talent and managerial support within a single structure. Because placing the right talent isn't enough—you also have to give them the conditions to thrive and perform.

For more than ten years, OREANCE has been working with large groups, mid-sized companies and SMEs, in France and internationally, in sectors as varied as Banking and Finance, Industry, the pharmaceutical sector, technology, luxury and media.

Harry Abisur is the founder and main contact person at OREANCE. A senior consultant and coach with over 23 years of experience in executive and operational coaching, he has supported...
leaders and managers within companies of all sizes — large international groups, mid-sized companies in transformation, ambitious SMEs — in demanding and constantly changing environments.

His dual expertise allows him to work on both high-level recruitment assignments and individual management coaching programs. What distinguishes his approach is a reading of situations that is both rational and profoundly human: behind every strategic challenge, there is a human dimension that cannot be ignored or reduced to a mere variable. This sensitivity, forged in the crucible of executive coaching, This naturally led him towards a practice of supporting the person in their entirety.

Philippe Demarys

Co-founder, Associate Director, Executive Search & Development

Philippe Demarys co-founded OREANCE, bringing his expertise in direct recruitment of senior profiles and executives — Management Committees, Executive Committees, Boards of Directors — with a marked specialization in the financial and banking sectors.

After beginning his career as a Multichannel Marketing Project Manager in London and then Paris, he devoted himself to business development and managing projects. high-end recruitment. His network of contacts, his detailed knowledge of the markets and his mastery of development strategies have contributed to establishing OREANCE's reputation with its clients from the very first years of the structure's existence.
