It all starts with a thorough understanding of your environment, your company culture, and the challenges of the position. We will work with you to create a precise contractual description covering: job title, mission, objectives, required experience, training, and professional, behavioral, and intellectual skills.

Search for potential candidates
We simultaneously utilize two complementary strategies: targeted direct outreach, leveraging our network and constantly expanding database, and advertising on dedicated platforms (specialized websites, professional social networks, and trade publications). Throughout the process, we provide you with regular updates on progress, candidates contacted, and market reactions.

Selection and evaluation
Each identified candidate undergoes an in-depth interview to verify their qualifications, skills, and motivations. We will provide you with a shortlist and a detailed, confidential report for each selected candidate.

Interviews with your company
We organize and participate in the initial interviews with your team. After each meeting, we review the process with you and the candidates to refine the selection and provide you with all the necessary advice to support your decision.

Signing and taking office
Once a candidate is selected, we support you throughout the negotiation process. Upon request, we can arrange for additional psychological assessments (tests, graphological analysis). We also advise the candidate on their departure negotiations to facilitate a smooth transition.

Integration monitoring
Our commitment doesn't end with the signing. Throughout the trial period, we remain in contact with you and your new employee to support their successful onboarding.
