A structured approach, based on proven tools
Our coaching process is based on a rigorous methodology, tailored to each individual. Each program begins with an in-depth diagnostic interview, during which we jointly identify the objective to be achieved using our method. SCHOOL :
- Environment: Understanding the current situation
- Causes: Identify the responsible factors
- Objective(s): To define short, medium and long term targets
- Levers: Mobilizing available resources
- Effects: Measure the visible and concrete results
Based on this, we establish a contract with specific objectives between the coach and the beneficiary, defining the indicators of success, the duration of the program, the roles of each and the ethical framework of the support.
The sessions combine several approaches according to the needs: face-to-face interviews, situational exercises, role-playing, self-diagnosis, audio-visual materials, personality and behavioral tests, targeted theoretical input.

He practices in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and receives supervision from certified coaches.
Our interventions are governed by clear operating rules: kindness without judgment, complete freedom of expression, absolute confidentiality, and the client's active involvement in the process. Coaching is in no way a substitute for therapy—if the client's issue falls under another discipline, we refer them to the appropriate professionals.
